Special characters in notification message breaks UI

As observed on Unraid 7.2.0 stable.
First message contained a "1#-1" instead of "1:-1" for element.
Note the e-mail did correctly get the full message on both attempts.

Similar issue was observed on Unraid 7.1.* stables.
However there the message broke on "element=" instead of "element:".
Note the e-mail also did correctly get the full message on both attempts.

These notifications were spawned by a plugin I'm developing (for context).
If API-unrelated (which may be possible), please internally delegate over to WebGUI.

This bug was partially fixed in #1768 which will ship with 7.2.1 & the next Connect release. If the # was a part of an html-encoded symbol, it'll render correctly. (You can test this by installing the Connect preview plugin - see the readme.)

unraid/webgui#2453 is pending review and should resolve the bug completely. In the meantime, you can test by installing the preview plugin produced by that webgui PR.
