Feature: Support for filtered search by 'radius' when using haversine distance for geo-coordinates in Python

Hi,

I was looking into using USearch from Python interface for geoSupport for filtered search by 'radius' when using haversine distance for geo-coordinates in Python. I see that there is a parameter 'radius' on python side, but, it is not implemented on CPP side?

Am I missing something?
