lazy.nvim with Monokai Pro, Telescope, Treesitter, neo-tree, lualine, Mason + LSP, none-ls, which-key (press Space and wait), SchemaStore for YAML, and sops.nvim (SOPS files open decrypted, :w re-encrypts). Plugins are pinned in lazy-lock.json; CI starts nvim headless with them and fails on any startup output. Plugins for one machine only: ~/.config/nvim/lua/plugins_local/*.lua. Reference: nvim README.
Used through workspaces in ~/workspaces/*.code-workspace (per machine), with ws:
ws # pick one with fzf
ws NAME # open NAME.code-workspace
ws -n NAME -t terraform DIR:blue ... # create one from folders and a template, then open it-
