Steam launch options + Container Desktop

Adding steam launch options for modding games, and container desktop like how gamehub lite has so you can edit the game files. I don't know if you can make this happen but it would be really useful to be able to mod games like for example the one I was trying to mod, the binding of isaac and was trying to use repentagon but I need to access the local files to add the launcher and also need to add a launch option for repentagon to get it working.
