Problem installing app on win10 vm under UTM on MacOS Tahoe in a minimac M4

installed UTM then installed Win10 as a vm. I need to install an app on windows so I put the install zip on UTM's shared folder and in Windows, tried to open the zip file (I had installed winzip) but it says that the file is in use by another process. So, I open the zip file externally and moved the resultant files into the shared folder. In Windows, clicked on the INSTALL application and it failed saying it was unable extract a necessary file. As a bit of background, the only reason I have a windows computer is to run MYOB. Everything else is on the Mac. As I have a licence for MYOB, I thought to try to centralise everything on the Mac and dispose of the ancient windows computer. The reason for win10 is because the version of MYOB won't run on Win11 'cos it, like me, is ancient.
