Transparent PNGs support

It would be really nice to have support for transparent PNGs as sleep screens. This is already supported by the stock firmware. Basically, if the user turns off the device while a book is open, the transparent PNG is displayed on top of the page as the sleep screen, allowing the text from the last page to remain visible through the transparent areas of the image.

They should already be supported... you just need to turn on "Page Overlay" as your Sleep Screen setting

Oh, I completely missed the Page Overlay mode! Because of the problem with viewing PNG files from file browser, I though the PNG support is not implemented yet :) So I just tried it and it works.

There is only one little problem. When the Sleep Screen is set to Page Overlay, Crossink turns of rather quicky and shows transparent PNG, as expected. But when turning the x4 ON, the Crossink displays "Indexing" and it takes about 5-6s to open the book (any book). This does not happen with other sleep modes.
