Problem
When we merged DAR-4140 & DAR-4672 separately (i.e. one branch was not built off the other) we got into a situation where we had flipped the behaviour of the
legacyflag (DAR-4672) without updating our the currently existing test data.Solution
Replace the scaled annotation file with it's unscaled equivalent
