Currently this repository contains a copy of the symfony ruleset. It has been copied because otherwise updating php-cs-fixer could lead to new rules being activated. This happens unconciously and could result in loads of changes, which in turn could lead to merge conflicts later.
In this PR some of these rules are adjusted and some new ones are added. They reflect my personal taste and are all open for debate.
