readings fail with the default timeout of 0.1. Requires PR vanadiumlabs/arbotix_ros#31 to work. Also increase the analog port reading frequency

I find this change very useful, really. However, it is not thorughly tested, mostly because I don't use an ArbotiX but an OpenCM.
