Other Databases Link is Broken

The [Other Databases](https://github.com/vanna-ai/notebooks/blob/c6a965570cd13cf5efe41f047bd10c02af60305a/other-database-openai-vanna-vannadb/) link, on the [Notebooks page for Microsoft SQL Server](https://github.com/vanna-ai/notebooks/blob/main/mssql-openai-vanna-vannadb.ipynb), is not working. I get a 404 when I click on it.
