This category is for people working on W3C Verifiable Credentials, C2PA, Credential Engine / CTDL, 1EdTech / Open Badges 3.0, or any other relevant standard who want to discuss where Cupel fits or conflicts.

The core question for each standard:

• W3C VC: cryptographic verification layer — Cupel adds a taxonomy layer above the VC data model.
• C2PA: content credential architecture — Cupel is the human-competence parallel to C2PA's media provenance model.
• CTDL / Credential Engine: structured credential descriptions — Cupel offers cross-signal interoperability above them.
• Open Badges 3.0 / CLR: micro-credential and learner record input — Cupel provides a standard way to weight and compose those records.

Good threads to start:

• A proposed Cupel-to-W3C-VC mapping for a specific signal type
• A conflict between Cupel's model and an existing standard
• A standard Cupel has not yet considered
