This category is for practitioners and employers across any professional domain.

The framework is built on a claim: that competence comes from real work, and that the signals of real work differ from domain to domain. We cannot define those signals from the outside. You can.

Good threads to start:

• "In [domain], here is what distinguishes someone who can catch an AI error from someone who cannot"
• "Here is a real case where a credential told you nothing and something else told you everything"
• "Here is a supervision failure I have seen — this is what was missing"
• "Here is what we actually check for when we hire in [domain]"

You do not need to know anything about the technical framework to contribute here. The most useful input is specific and concrete. Anonymised real examples are especially valuable.
