I tried out Hindsight Cloud with OpenCode and it added thousands of memories in a day (though I'm not sure it actually retrieved any). Then I spun up my own Hindsight instance, and swapped out the URL and API key, and now it isn't adding anything. There are no errors shown on the server side. So what is happening that I'm missing here?
