Release list
2.4.18
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
Music notes get a lot more to do.
- Square covers. Album art shows square in the library, in
libraryblocks and on the share image. Thanks to @nighthawk-the-douche for the idea (#47). - Tracks. An album's tracks are kept in
Tracks, and you can tick and rate each one, like a book's chapters.Progresscounts the tracks you've played. Music notes made before this release fetch their tracks the first time you open them. - Awards. The note header lists the album's awards from Wikidata, with the year, such as the Grammys for Adele's 21.
- Similar albums. Music notes now get recommendations from Deezer: the best-known album of each related artist.
- Filter by artist in the music section.

2.4.17
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
Genres, creators and actors now open as canvases.
- Click a genre, a director or an actor (in the note's properties, the note header, a statistics top or your favourite genres) and a canvas shows the covers of every title in your library that shares it, grouped by category and laid out wide.
- The canvas is drawn again each time you open it, so titles you add later show up. Add a card of your own and Library leaves that canvas alone.
- Canvases go to a Canvases folder in your library folder, one file per name.
Genre,CreatorandCastnow link[[Name.canvas|Name]]. A name that has a note of its own keeps linking the note. Older links move over when a note changes; Rebuild graph links converts the whole library at once.

2.4.16
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
Fixed
- The second half of a code scanning warning about the Netflix page code: the default settings are now copied without a JSON round trip. Nothing changes for your notes or settings.

2.4.15
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
New
- Anime you watched on Netflix go to the anime category instead of series. Wikidata gives the AniList or MyAnimeList id for the Netflix ID, and the episodes you watched count into
Progress. An anime you already keep as a series note stays where it is.
Fixed
- A code scanning warning about how Netflix episode ids are written into the page code.

2.4.14
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
New
- Deleting a library note asks whether to remove the title from AniList, MyAnimeList, Kitsu, Trakt, IMDb and Netflix as well. Nothing is removed until you press Remove. The question can be turned off in the settings.
- Unticking episodes in a series note takes them out of your Netflix and Trakt history. A series with nothing ticked goes to Netflix My List and the Trakt watchlist.
- Folding Soon leaves one row that scrolls sideways instead of hiding the list.
Fixed
- Netflix titles are matched by their Netflix ID through Wikidata, so a series no longer lands on an older title with the same name (such as the animated Avatar for the 2024 series).
- A Netflix series you only rated is no longer imported as a movie.
- A Netflix title whose name differs from the note's name no longer gets a second note.

2.4.13
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
New
- Anime and manga notes can take English, romaji or original names: Settings → Library → Anime. English stays the default.
- Adult titles in search: a switch, off by default. With it on, MyAnimeList search shows them too.
Changed
- AniList search leaves out titles marked adult until you turn that switch on.
Fixed
- Two warnings from the Obsidian review: the Trakt sign-in refresh and a slow CSS selector in the statistics.

2.4.12
Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
New
- Trakt connects with a code you enter on trakt.tv. Your history, ratings and watchlist become notes. Scores, ticked episodes and finished movies go back to Trakt, and titles you haven't started go to your Trakt watchlist. On the first connection, the scores already in your notes are sent in the background.
- Statistics show your average score next to other viewers', a histogram of your scores, and your favourite genres and decade.
- Ticking an episode or a chapter, or marking a title complete, writes the date to the note's
Logproperty. Imports don't write entries. Statistics show the three latest. - A
librarycode block shows cards in any note, picked by category, genre, year or score. It can also show what you're in the middle of, the Soon list or the statistics. - The Build library map command draws your library as a canvas, with posters grouped around the actors and creators they share.
- The Keep covers in the vault setting downloads covers to a Covers folder in your library and points each note's
Coverproperty at the file, so covers show without internet.
Changed
- A new statistics block takes a free cell before starting a new row.
Fixed
- Importing from PlayStation no longer overwrites a cover stored in the vault.
