Library keeps your movies, series, anime and manga, books, games, comics, and music as plain Markdown notes in your vault and shows them as a gallery of covers. Search a title, pick it, and the note fills itself in. Connect AniList, MyAnimeList, Kitsu, IMDb, Netflix, Trakt, PlayStation, Steam, or Nintendo, and your lists and play history arrive as notes too.
The README is the short tour. This wiki has the setup steps and the reference.
- Getting started: install, add your first title, and how categories and folders work.
- Sources and API keys: where each kind of title is searched, and what each optional key adds.
-
Connected accounts: what each service brings in and sends back, when it syncs, and where sign-ins are kept.
- Anime and manga sync: AniList, MyAnimeList, and Kitsu.
- IMDb and Netflix: ratings, watchlist, viewing history.
- Trakt: watch history, ratings, and watchlist, both ways.
- Game libraries: PlayStation, Steam, and Nintendo Switch, with playtime, trophies, and achievements.
- The Library tab and the note header: sections, filters, sorting, the note header, recommendations, and sharing.
- Progress and statistics: episodes, chapters, your scores, Up next, Soon, the diary, and the statistics panel with your taste.
- Library blocks and map: cards and statistics inside any note, and a canvas map of your library.
- Templates and skipped properties: start new notes from a note of your own, and keep source fields out.
- Note properties: every property Library reads and writes, and what a refresh changes.
- FAQ: search, missing cards, duplicates, covers, sign-ins, and privacy.
Every command is in the command palette: open it and type Library.
