Bones - full-stack Next.js 16 starter, deploys to Vercel with zero config

Been working on a Next.js starter called Bones.

The problem I kept hitting with other starters: clone, deploy, then 30 minutes of env var hell before you see anything. Bones just... deploys. No env vars needed to get a working app. That was the whole design goal and honestly the part I'm most stubborn about keeping.

Auth (AuthJS v5), Stripe, CMS, AI, shadcn components - it's all wired up. Free, MIT.

Trying to get it into the Vercel templates marketplace but the submit form at vercel.com/templates/submit seems broken. Anyone know who to ping about that?

Hey lacymorrow, Bones looks solid.
Re: the templates marketplace form -- that submit endpoint has been unreliable for a while. Two paths:

1. File directly on the vercel/templates repo: https://github.com/vercel/templates -- there's a templates/ directory; open a PR adding your template.json manifest plus any preview assets. The marketplace team reviews PRs there.
2. DM @rauchg or @leerob on X/Twitter with your template slug + a link to your repo -- they route template submissions internally.
   Also worth checking: the CLI path (vercel init) pulls from that same templates repo, so a PR covers both marketplace and init discoverability.
