Select repository dropdown doesn't work in modal

@jack-arturo are we sure that's not the way it should work?

I see that in the module settings we have a dropdown where we have to select which repository the module should integrate with and then the one in the modal only shows the one we picked in the module settings.

I don't think that's a bug. If we want to change that I don't think that's a big challenge, but we would have to also change the module setting to reflect the change.

So I'm thinking that we can change the settings one to a multi select and add an 'all' option which would load all repositories in the modal.

Or the user can select the repositories they want to be available for their support team in settings and only those will show up in the modal.

On another note, we also have this request and I think it makes sense. So perhaps we could make the settings multi select async with a search input so that people can select for their desired repo.

It's been so long I honestly can't remember haha.

Knowing me.... 😅 it's entirely possible I developed it just against WP Fusion and then realized later that the support team would need to open issues against other repos too and maybe half-assed an implementation than never worked, then gave up?

My plan was to cache the available repos when the auto is first entered in the settings, then use the cache for the drop down in the modal.

I like your idea of an AJAX search (without it it's not immediately clear you'd need to refresh the repo cache from within the settings). But for performance maybe we cache the repo list on connect, use that in the modal, and then if there's no match for the typed selection in the dropdown we run an AJAX? And if new results are found the cache is updated?

Makes sense, I just noticed that the settings value is supposed to be the default repository, not the only one allowed. Although it works as the only one allowed and we need to also fix the refresh button because currently it just crashes, it doesn't work, haha. I'll get that done then.
