chore/Hide NGINX Logs

Currently when you start the dev container the terminal gets spammend with nginx logs. These have never (in my opinon) been useful and only add clutter and make what you are actually looking for difficult to find. I think we should either disable the non critical logs in nginx, or just hide the logging when running the startup command.

What you care about in 99% of cases are the green lines.

Please take a look at the commit above. I think that is the easiest fix. However, we then need to use the npm run docker:dev command and not call docker directly
