As discussed in #4 you can now set the timestamp precision in client.writePoint().
I documented the changes in the README.

Also the time handling is changed. The node client will no longer set the timestamp to the current server time. The time has to be set explicitly or influxdb will use the timestamp at insert time.

Since influxdb sets the timestamp by default if none is given, we chose to
remove '.time()' and the check if the time has been set.
