📦 Setup Instructions

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/vikarnjha/React-EventX.git
cd frontend
npm install

2. Install Dependencies

# Backend
cd backend
npm install

3. Create .env Files

Set environment variables in both server/.env and client/.env.

Example for server/.env:

MONGO_URI=your_mongodb_connection
JWT_SECRET=your_jwt_secret
EMAIL_USER=your_gmail
EMAIL_PASS=your_app_password

📬 Email Configuration

• Enable 2FA on your Gmail
• Create an App Password for Nodemailer
• Use this password in EMAIL_PASS
