• packed everything in a JAR file
• does not need any other folders or external JAR files
• converts Text To Speech directly without generating a WAV file
• works smoothly

Some info about the release:

• listens on port 7775 by default, but can be changed in "port.txt"
• was tested on Windows 10, but want to make it work on Ubuntu too in the future
• "TextToSpeech.jar" needs the "lib" folder in the same directory. (see lib.zip) It contains essential JAR files.

Protocol:

• TCP server listens on port
• receives a message
• server closes the connection
• converts it to the audio file "playback.wav"
• then the audio file is played
• TCP server listens on port again (routine starts again)

Notes:
I wanted to make it work without creating an audio file,
but somehow it worked only in the IDE, but as an executable JAR, it did not work (on Windows and Linux).
This was the only way (for now) that worked both in the IDE and as an executable JAR.
