Text To Speech v20221204

Working Text To Speech.
Tested on Windows 10 and on Linux Ubuntu 20.04

Protocol:

• TCP server listens on port
• receives a message
• server closes the connection
• application speaks
• TCP server listens on port again (routine starts over)

New features:

• new KITT like look (Knight Rider look)
