Fixed all SQL formatting issues. Used the correct multi-dialect sqls pattern from existing tests. Applied proper PostgreSQL/SQLite (||), MySQL (CONCAT), and MS SQL Server (+) string concatenation formats. Properly handled whitespace normalization in TestChecker
