How to retain script tag attributes

Given the following script tag

<script type="module" src="./script.ts" data-my-attr="custom"></script>

the final Vite output strips out the custom attribute

<script type="module" crossorigin src="/assets/[hash].js"></script>

Expected

<script type="module" crossorigin src="/assets/[hash].js" data-my-attr="custom"></script>

How do I make Vite keep attributes on any processed tag?
