[BUG] CSS assets not list in manifest

when build a proj manifest show likes:

the css "css": ["assets/index.DrTwStrgH_ec-COy.css"] not listed on top level as a resource, but i think it should be treat as a resource.

if using a key to get manifest data like hashmap, css file will return undefined
