OS-specific .c code of empty .v project

Don't you think that an empty project shouldn't use anything related to a specific OS in the .c code?

Suppose I want to use V as an 'embedded scripting language'. Such languages know nothing about the OS.
I will use my own platform code using C.

Is it possible to make a -tiny compiler flag that will throw an error if any platform-dependent code is used?
