Add user profile (WIP)

Addresses both #60 and #93

• Profile model with one on one relationship with User
• Changes to admin.py to allow manipulation using admin interface
• Some extra commands in Makefile to make life using Docker more easy

To do:

• make sure migration works correctly, existing users without a profile will thrown an error loging in at the moment
• tests
• hooking in the saving of jobs, something like https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44125529/django-html-how-to-create-add-to-favorite-function but with many2many so possibly make the templating part better by using the suggestion to use custom template filters (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17611123/check-if-object-is-in-manytomany-list-in-template). Do consider doing it all via REST instead of another view to make it easy to pull front and backend apart. Maybe not worth it because authentication needs to be solved.

Coverage decreased (-0.1%) to 99.338% when pulling 20956a5 on allow_saving_of_jobs into 0300dfb on master.
