Replace Mode: Delete Key not functional

Describe the bug
While in Replace mode, the delete key should still delete the character under the cursor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Press delete while in Replace mode.

Expected behavior
Delete should delete the character under the cursor.
