Update Readme to show what Node Version

I was using Node v14 but had to downgrade to Node v8 to get this app to compile (thank you `nvm` for making that so easy). Also had to use the changes from [this PR](https://github.com/vue-electron/vuex-electron-example/pull/2) to get it to compile.
