DatePicker 日期选择框无法更新日期

Steps to reproduce

点击日期选择框后显示有日期2019年9月18日--> 在点击数字会弹出对应的面板，比如点击9月-->重新选择为二月

What is expected?

更新日期视图，文本框显示2019-2-18，触发change事件

What is actually happening?

无法更新日期或年份的视图，也不会触发change事件
