"Select" list items deosn't open up when no space for list down #1335

- I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Steps to reproduce
Put select component to the footer at the end of the page. try to open the list and see 5 items in the list. Surly not all of them gonna be visible
What is expected?
auto check if there's a space for showing the select list down or up from the select component
What is actually happening?
The list opens down
