你好，我的流程是这样的

1、首先table组件外面是包了一个面包屑组件a-collapse

2、面包屑组件change事件触发后,异步加载table中的数据，对其进行初始化

3、如果加载的这个table数据是很快的话,这个树是没问题的，可以展开，如果这个table 的data加载很慢的话 这个table的data初始化完成后，渲染的时候就没有展开

4、试过了当前最新版本1.4.10,该问题都存在

defaultExpandAllRows 仅用于首次渲染时生效，谨记（所有 default 开头属性均相同规范）。

如果是动态拉取的数据，可以用 expandedRowKeys 自行绑定全部要展开的行进行展开。
也可以先拉取数据，在渲染表格，比如 v-if 数据加载完毕 。表格对这个属性就能生效
