源码没法 npm run dist

• node 12(lts) 和 node 13都分别尝试过

Steps to reproduce

current 版本和 lts 的 node 都尝试过重装依赖（yarn 和 npm 都尝试过），

但是执行 npm run dist 的时侯爆找不到setDynamic函数

What is expected?

可以正常输出 dist 目录

What is actually happening?

构建失败，抛出异常
