重现步骤
在表组件中：filters {object []}属性表头的筛选菜单项将属性设置为以下内容

过滤器：[{文本：“男”，值：0}，{文本：“女”，值：1}]
期望什么？
筛选菜单项选择文本内容为“男”时正确输出值0以及选择显示正常

实际发生了什么？
筛选菜单项会出现表单显示错误或不显示的问题
