Show parent node inside selection in the TreeSelect

What problem does this feature solve?

when showCheckedStrategy is equal to TreeSelect.SHOW_ALL , when not all children are selected, is it possible to show parent label inside the selection area? (show half selected nodes inside the selection area)

What does the proposed API look like?

add tree property parentHalfSelected with default true, that can be false
