表格伸缩列的优化建议

1、现在的表格拖拽官网demo中需要使用者自己 vue-draggable-resizable 来重新渲染table 的components，建议可以像element ui 那样直接设置一个属性即可。
2、当前的伸缩列必须在column数组申明时设置width属性，要不然不会生效。
