Steps to reproduce

layout 中 修改默认的layout 布局 或者使用 components 中添加布局都有问题， 在浏览器中会产生样式跳动

What is expected?

页面布局会跳动

What is actually happening?

页面布局跳动完后页面布局会恢复正常
