Range-picker work incorrectly when choose date in one day

vue: 2.5.22; chrome 85, safari 13

Steps to reproduce

1. click range pick
2. choose start date(2020-09-25)
3. choose end date(2020-09-25)
4. the end date was disappeared
5. click (2020-09-25) several times, then the end date will be (2020-09-25 23:59:59)

What is expected?

After choose end date(2020-09-25), time should be [2020-09-25 00:00:00, 2020-09-25 23:59:59]

What is actually happening?

• I must click several times
• EndDate Is not correct
