What problem does this feature solve?

现在有一个这样的需求，需要同步更新二级、三级的数据。现在如果已经请求过的选项就不会触发loadData事件(无法调用接口)，在某种个情况下我更新了二级菜单或者三级菜单的数据时，当再次点击之前点击过的菜单，获取不到最新的数据。

可以通过参数配置，是否存在下级菜单都会去执行loadData事件。
