DatePicker cannot be selected after clicking Clear

Steps to reproduce

1.官网自定义日期选择起始值和结束值都选择 2.点击起始值后面的清除键 3.打开起始值日期控件结束值那一天不能选择 4.选择一个起始值后打开结束值日期控件起始值当天不可选择

清除键不影响选择值

What is actually happening?

点完开始日期清除键清空后，结束日期存在的情况下，打开开始日期发现结束日期当天不可选 ，随便选一个开始日期，打开结束日期发现开始日期当天不可选择

看了眼大概知道为啥了，因为disableDate是包含时分秒的，所以当清空再选的时候对应的start就大于end了，就disable了

因为自定义的disableDate是用的moment.valueOf(),包含了秒，你用startValue.format('YYYYMMDD') > endValue.format('YYYYMMDD') 就不会这样了
