Ability to hide the previous and next arrows in a-pagination component

What problem does this feature solve?

In a situation where only the pager(page numbers) are needed and the previous and next arrows are not needed.

What does the proposed API look like?

The ability to pass a true or false prop to decide if the arrows should be shown or not.
