设置validateFirst为true, 当验证失败的是无法返回 reject promise，不清楚为什么？

What is expected?

设置validateFirst为true时, 当验证失败的是能返回 reject promise, 保证和不设置validateFirst属性时的 api使用一致性

这是不是一种缺陷，还是说就是合理的设计
