windicss引入了 vertical-align: middle;

而select 关闭icon，居中的实现，是使用以下这种方式，这样就造成了冲突

全局样式不影响icon的居中

icon的不居中

组件库没有对svg的vertical-align进行设置，而windicss全局样式，设置了svg vertical-align: middle
所以全局样式vertical-align权重高于组件库的
