TreeSelect在使用过程中，发现滚动条只会在滚轮滑动的时候触发，且会自动消失。在树的展开过程中，超出外部容器高度后，并不会自动显示滚动条，这会给人造成一种错觉，以为数据出了问题，或者认为数据就这么多。

希望树的高度超出外部容器高度后，能一直显示滚动条，提示用户可以上下滚动。
