What problem does this feature solve?

希望可以提供时间范围选择器，并可以实现动态设置禁用时间段。在组装多个时间段排列时，无法进行动态的对选择器进行控制限制不让选的时间段。

比在选择器上设置disabledHours禁用时间段，但是我无法动态设置disabledHours的函数返回值。希望disabledHours传值是一个动态数组，而不是通过函数来返回。
