table table slot related problems

Steps to reproduce

我直接复制了官方的table组件，发现组件里的#bodyCell，#headerCell内容显示不出来，没有效果

What is expected?

按理说组件里的插槽应该显示出对应的组件

What is actually happening?

后来我发现安装的组件版本是2.2.8，而文档的写法是3.0的测试版本，但是即使运行了npm install ant-design-vue@next --save，还是安装不了3.0的测试版本
