Form dynamic rules not working

Steps to reproduce

What is expected?

點擊 checkbox，NickName 需要切換必填

What is actually happening?

官網的範例是把 rule 綁在 FormItem 身上，但欄位一多時會顯得 Template 很雜亂，因此想把 rule 綁在 Form 身上，但就失去了響應式的效果

首先rules需要return出去暴露给template，其次required的值试试不绑定一个动态的值，而是在需要改变的地方去改变他的true/false, trigger最好不要省略https://codesandbox.io/s/dynamic-rules-ant-design-vue-3-2-14-forked-58v7df?file=/src/demo.vue
