What problem does this feature solve?

上传文件时，可以同时并发上传多个文件，类似于webuploder上传组件的threads 属性： 上传并发数。允许同时最大上传进程数。

What does the proposed API look like?

参数说明：
threads {int} [可选] [默认值：3] 上传并发数。允许同时最大上传进程数。
