Remote Search Component

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

What problem does this feature solve?

The input and select components are not capable of doing this without breaking something.
Best status i could manage using Select is on the screenshot. Icon is rotating and loading status doesn't work if i use suffixIcon slot.

What does the proposed API look like?
