Nuxt - Message deletes page's title

Environment

Windows 10, Chrome 75, Firefox 64, Vue 2.6.10, Nuxt 2.8.1, TypeScript 3.4.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone repo and install dependencies
2. Switch to branch antd-message
3. Run client:dev command
4. Open page login

What is expected?

A message should be shown without any side effect

What is actually happening?

When the message disappears, page's title is removed (also tested with notification, same effect)

Ok, it seems to be a bug of another library (nuxt-i18n), I've opened issue there nuxt-modules/i18n#342
